Franklin Creek Capital specializes in commercial real estate loans that the bank won't approve. We are former bankers, meaning we have seen all types of “loan denials” – and now we want to be part of the solution. Banks have specific underwriting criteria and regulations that dictate their loan approval process, but Private Lenders don’t have those restrictions. Often times the bank won’t approve a "common sense" loan, which opens the door for us.
We use equity as the primary qualifying process, meaning project cash flow and personal cash flow are not how we evaluate a loan request. If you have equity, we have the debt you need.
